Maria Elena Altany has been teaching private voice lessons since 2011. She has a Masters degree in Vocal Performance from California State University, Northridge and a Bachelors degree Vocal Performance from Loyola University New Orleans.

Maria Elena has been a guest vocal coach and choir consultant for the Walnut Valley Unified School District since 2014. She has music directed productions of Into the Woods and The Pirates of Penzance at Diamond Bar High School. She currently teaches private voice lessons in Diamond Bar, California and at her home studio in Long Beach, California.
